I see this community is not very active :-/ but maybe my post showing up on y'alls friends page might spark some activity. I am a student I have almost finished all gen-ed's and I am trying to decide between ultrasound and nursing. So my question to you guys is how did u make that decision? are you happy? anything I should consider to sway my decision either way?

WOW I posted the last entry because I wasn't sure if I remembered how to lj-cut... turns out I hadn't. Thought I'd give it a shot and see if it worked if not i'd fix it.... I did not expect 6 comments within seconds of posting haha. Sorry guys I didn't know anyone would really notice in the short time i had it up. Anyways here it is again properly cut (i hope!!).

ok so I'm back on the diet again. On again off again right. here's what I ate today

2 cooked eggs 156
banana 112
green tea 0

salad with turkey cubes and hard boiled egg (ate only the white) 78, 33, 34
1 tsp of ranch if that

2 reeses cups :( 230

1 turkey sandwhich: wheat bread, cheese, light mayo 350
banana 112

Pria bar 170

give or take... i just estimated on most of these according to calorieking

& i also worked out at Curves for a half hr + worked 4 hours
